The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the well-stocked mini bar was a nice touch. The rate for my room was on the expensive side, but the overall experience was worth it.

The hotel's unique heritage status resulted in non-traditional room layouts, yet our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with tea and coffee facilities, including plunger coffee. The service was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to deliver my forgotten medications. The location was impressive, with a short walk to cafes, shops, and notable city attractions. Although parking fees were introduced in 2018, the overall charm and convenient access made up for it.
